At least 1 year experience as a team leader – a must
Vast experience in JEE development in Linux environment – a must 
Deep knowledge in Server side development – a must 
Experience working with Agile-Scrum – a must 
Strong technological knowledge in Java development, including spring and Hibernate – a must
