About the Position:

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to be part of the initiation and development of a brand-new product!

Role and Responsibilities:

As a BI Analyst, you will take ownership of end-to-end analytics and BI as an individual contributor. Your responsibilities will include:

• Raising relevant business questions.
• Analyzing game economy, user engagement, and monetization.
• Executing experiments and defining tests to measure impact.
• Drawing actionable conclusions.
• Building dashboards and much more.

You will be a critical part of building the product successfully.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years as a product/gaming economy/BI analyst working on B2C products at scale.
• SQL: High proficiency is a must.
• Python: Proficiency is an advantage.
• BI Tools: Experience required (familiarity with Superset is an advantage).
• Business Understanding: High-level holistic understanding.
• English: Very high level of proficiency for daily communication.
• Start-up Mentality: Accountability, resilience, hands-on approach, self-motivation, and drive.
