Job Specifications:

• Design and develop high-scale, low-latency distributed systems.
• Collaborate on architecture decisions with the company's architects.
• Analyze and troubleshoot performance and concurrency issues.
• Handle production issues in large-scale applications with multiple client types.
• Mentor and lead other developers to enhance team quality.

Job Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in developing .Net applications.
• 2+ years of experience in developing .Net Core services in a Micro-Services environment.
• Strong understanding of web applications architecture and advanced software design paradigms.
• Proficiency in concurrent programming and debugging multithreaded applications.
• Familiarity with message-based architecture and message patterns (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
• Knowledge of WebSocket, WCF, SignalR, and gRPC technologies.
• Experience in CI/CD, Docker, and containers.
• Experience with cloud environments.
• Proficient in code testing, including unit testing and service testing (NUnit, msTest).
• Experience with agile development processes is an advantage.
• BSc in Computer Science or similar field is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend solutions, from understanding requirements to coding, testing, and deployment.
• Participate in product development and work on new projects.
• Provide high-quality code with minimal comments during code reviews.
• Handle production incidents and participate in Dev On Call rotations.

Team Structure:

The team works in squads/pods, closely collaborating on one product. The team consists of developers, an architect, a product manager, QA testers, a DBA, a Scrum Master, and a Senior Backend Developer.
