Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers.Execute strategic customer journey initiatives, including onboarding and upselling.Collaborate across sales, marketing, and product teams.Manage data extraction and leverage insights for customer growth.Requirements:
3+ years of experience leading CSM teams in SaaS/B2B organizations.Passion for sports and familiarity with media streaming platforms.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.Bonus: Experience working with customers in APAC regions.Hybrid Policy:3 days in the office, 2 remote.
