Role and Responsibilities:
Operations
- Streamline and optimize organizational workflows to ensure operational excellence.
- Lead initiatives to refine operational processes, implement efficiencies, and adapt to technological advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, product, and sales—to align operations with strategic goals and enhance performance.
Legal
- Maintain communication with the legal team.
Office Management
- Manage and carry out the day-to-day administrative activities of the company to ensure smooth operation (welfare, office maintenance, supplies, equipment, etc.).
Finance
- Maintain communication with the payroll supplier.
- Manage invoices, per diems, and salary processing.
- Oversee budget adjustments and financial planning.
- Handle client billing, payments, and bank communications.
- Track and review monthly expenses.
HR
- Develop and manage structured interview processes.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the payroll supplier for U.S.-based employees.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a startup or high-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of legal and financial processes in a business context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in HR practices and office management.
- Strong understanding of operations management, forecasting models, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Airtable, BambooHR).
