A leading health tech company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Data and AI to lead data and AI product initiatives. This role involves building and optimizing data-driven solutions that enhance the company’s ability to grow and impact the healthcare industry. You will lead a cross-functional squad, working closely with data engineers, analysts, UX teams, and sales to define and execute the product’s strategy.Job Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically with data or technical products from concept to launch and optimization
- Strong technical background, including working closely with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists
- Proficiency in core data concepts and technical concepts in engineering
- Experience with external clients and active user products
- Experience leading a matrixed squad and the ability to lead without direct authority
- Knowledge of UX/UI, roadmap planning, strategy development, and end-to-end product delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree – an advantage
- Experience in health informatics and familiarity with the US healthcare sector – an advantage
