We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to join a fast-paced and innovative startup in the field of SaaS and Data-Driven technologies. In this role, you will be part of the Delivery group, tracking and managing R&D features and infrastructure while ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and timelines to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data from R&D teams to provide project and release status updates to management and stakeholders, including insights, risks, and red flags.
• Oversee interactions and dependencies of R&D features and infrastructure developments.
• Collaborate with Product, R&D Team Leads, QA, and Release Managers to consolidate features and improvements per sprint and maintain an up-to-date roadmap of current and future development efforts.
• Monitor and verify alignment of sprints with sprint planning.
• Manage infrastructure features and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Partner in generating quarterly R&D work plans.
• Ensure all developed features meet the definition of done (DoD).
• Address and resolve issues promptly, escalating red flags as needed.
• Create and manage R&D release timelines.
• Configure and maintain dashboards for progress tracking.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager in a tech environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of R&D processes and best practices.
• Practical experience with ticketing systems (Azure DevOps is an advantage).
• Experience with Data-Driven, B2B, or SaaS products.
• Familiarity with big-data technologies (advantage).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills.
