We are seeking a highly technical and motivated Senior Product Manager to join our Application Security team. This is a critical role in a fast-growing startup that is redefining Application Security Posture Management (ASPM). Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for code security products (e.g., SAST, SCA), ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, gather customer feedback, and identify new opportunities to enhance our Application Security platform.
• Development Integration: Ensure that security solutions integrate seamlessly into developer workflows and are user-friendly for development teams.
• Feature Prioritization: Use data-driven approaches to prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and technical feasibility.
• Product Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch improvements.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Customer Advocacy: Represent customer needs throughout the product development process, ensuring their challenges are addressed.
• Performance Monitoring: Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and inform future initiatives.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5-7 years in a startup environment, with at least 2 years of hands-on development experience.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development practices, application security principles, and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or MS is a plus).
• Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product initiatives.
• Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
• Customer Focus: Deep empathy for user needs and the ability to translate them into impactful product features.
• Problem-Solving: A hands-on approach to solving technical and business challenges.
