Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for web applications that leverage mapping, GIS, and remote sensing technologies.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to create customer-focused products that align with business objectives.
• UX/UI Design Oversight: Ensure web applications deliver intuitive, visually compelling, and user-centric designs.
• Feature Development: Translate market demands and feedback into actionable product requirements, and prioritize feature implementation.
• Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies to ensure product milestones are met.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, present product capabilities, and refine deliverables.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics to enhance the user experience for GIS and remote sensing applications.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on the latest trends in mapping, GIS, and remote sensing to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in web app development, mapping, GIS, or remote sensing.
• Familiarity with web technologies like React, Node.js, and databases.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical requirements and product vision.
• Experience leading Agile development teams and managing product backlogs.

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of GIS, remote sensing, and image processing techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud) and cloud-based architectures.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Experience with RESTful APIs and seamless data integration.
• Coding experience in Python or similar languages.
• Understanding of agricultural practices to enhance application usability in agriculture.

Work Environment:

Hybrid Work: Work from the Tel Aviv office on Mondays and Wednesdays, with remote work for the rest of the week.
