We are looking for a passionate and strategic Product Manager to lead and innovate within our FX, commodities, and crypto product lines. In this role, you will drive growth by developing advanced tools and content, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment across key organizational stakeholders. Leveraging your expertise in financial markets and user-centered design, you will deliver data-driven solutions that have a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the FX, commodities, and crypto product lines, including advanced tools and content, to promote growth and innovation.
2. Conduct comprehensive research to understand user needs, prioritize tasks, and deliver impactful solutions.
3. Guide a diverse team of developers, designers, and analysts to effectively implement product plans.
4. Collaborate with teams across Marketing, R&D, Data, QA, and Customer Support to ensure smooth execution and alignment.
5. Use data insights to assess product performance and identify areas for enhancement.
6. Stay updated on competitor activities, industry trends, and user behavior to shape the product strategy.
7. Perform detailed post-launch analysis to measure success and refine future product iterations.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or related roles.
2. Profound knowledge of capital markets, including FX, commodities, crypto, and macroeconomics – MUST.
3. Ability to create product roadmaps, communicate product vision, lead design processes, and oversee development lifecycles.
4. Deep understanding of user intent and a commitment to developing user-friendly solutions.
5. Proficiency in translating ideas and requirements into documentation, wireframes, and presentations.
6. Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to test hypotheses and derive actionable insights.
7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high delivery standards.
