Areas of Responsibility:Leadership and Strategy:

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company's vision and market demands.

Product Development:

• Oversee the entire product development cycle from ideation to launch and monitoring, ensuring successful product rollouts.

Customer and Market Engagement:

• Engage with strategic customers and partners to gather insights, validate product features, and address market needs.

Market Research:

• Continuously analyze the market, educate teams on new developments, innovations, changes in strategic directions, and competitive analysis.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with engineering, other product managers, UX/UI, support, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive and successful product development and go-to-market strategies.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Continuously assess and enhance product features to maintain a competitive edge and meet customer expectations.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management of B2B products, preferably with SaaS platforms and cybersecurity solutions.
• Proven leadership experience in driving product vision, strategy, and execution.
• Extensive experience with user-facing products and designing features for superior UX.
• Exceptional outbound communication skills to engage with global customers and internal teams at senior levels.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills to manage complex processes across multiple teams.
• B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or equivalent. An advanced degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
