**Key Responsibilities:**  

- Lead manual testing processes  - Create and execute test

 cases  

- Report and track bugs  

- Work closely with the development team 

- Assist in establishing QA processes  

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance  

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies  

**Requirements:**

  - Strong analytical skills  - Leadership abilities  - English fluency  

- Experience with bug tracking tools  

- Team player with independent work capabilities  

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills  

- Strong communication skills
