About the Role:In this pivotal leadership position, you will:

• Oversee the development of next-generation SoCs, from architectural definition to coding, verification, synthesis, and physical design.
• Lead and mentor two core teams: the Design Team (architecture and coding) and the Verification Team.
• Collaborate with external partners managing back-end design, packaging, and chip fabrication.
• Drive end-to-end project management, ensuring successful delivery of high-performance, scalable solutions.
• Balance management responsibilities with significant hands-on involvement in the design process.
• Shape the development of innovative features and solutions for the next generation of AI chips.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a VLSI design engineer.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Strong background in SoC design and proficiency in EDA tools.
• Proven expertise in micro-architecture definition, design, verification, and physical implementation.
• Exceptional project management skills, including planning, execution, and tracking.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
