We are seeking an IT Team Leader with a passion for managing a dynamic and multi-disciplinary tech team.

Job Description:

  • Manage the IT/Help Desk team and evaluate performance.
  • Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Implement best practices to improve the technical support process.
  • Monitor and enhance customer service on a daily basis.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team productivity.
  • Recruit, train, and support Help Desk representatives and technicians.
  • Collaborate with other IT departments to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of technical and managerial experience as a team leader.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
  • Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Customer-service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong team management capabilities.

Additional Advantages:

  • Experience in configuring and troubleshooting multiple OS environments (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
  • Familiarity with MDM, IDP, and AD systems.
