We are seeking an IT Team Leader with a passion for managing a dynamic and multi-disciplinary tech team.
Job Description:
- Manage the IT/Help Desk team and evaluate performance.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement best practices to improve the technical support process.
- Monitor and enhance customer service on a daily basis.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team productivity.
- Recruit, train, and support Help Desk representatives and technicians.
- Collaborate with other IT departments to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of technical and managerial experience as a team leader.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Customer-service oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team management capabilities.
Additional Advantages:
- Experience in configuring and troubleshooting multiple OS environments (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with MDM, IDP, and AD systems.
