We are seeking an experienced QA Team Leader to manage our quality assurance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Lead and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Develop and implement QA strategies, processes, and best practices to ensure optimal product quality.
Plan, design, and execute various types of testing (functional, regression, performance, security, etc.).
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines for efficient and effective test execution.
Track and report on test coverage, defect metrics, and overall quality status, providing actionable insights.
Ensure proper identification, tracking, and resolution of defects, including root cause analysis.
Continuously improve QA processes for greater efficiency and alignment with industry standards.
Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and technologies, and lead the team in adopting new methodologies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage smooth releases and deployments while mitigating risks.

8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
3+ years in a leadership role, managing or mentoring QA engineers.
Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and APIs.
Strong knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG.
Experience with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for complex systems.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
