We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished sales professional to lead our defense sales department. If you have a passion for the defense industry, a strong technical background, and a proven track record in selling control systems, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact. You will manage the entire sales cycle, build relationships with global defense clients, and contribute to the success of innovative solutions in the defense world.
Responsibilities:
- Full Sales Cycle Management: From lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
- Command & Control Systems Sales: Specializing in C2/C4I systems to address the unique needs of defense clients.
- International Sales: Expand global reach by establishing partnerships with defense organizations worldwide.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to demonstrate product superiority.
- Business Strategy: Analyze market trends, develop growth strategies, and create business plans.
- Client Relationship Building: Foster long-term partnerships through tailored solutions and strong communication.
- Travel: Frequent international travel to industry events and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience selling to the local and global defense market.
- Over 5 years of direct and channel sales experience in the defense sector.
- Strong technical background – must.
- Knowledge of Command & Control systems – advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex sales processes and manage large proposals.
- Experience in project or program management in the defense market – advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- MBA – advantage.
